Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a complete nightmare. The rooms felt cheap, dirty, and noisy, with uneducated staff and a non-existent sea view despite promising a 'lake view' at check-in. Everything seemed like a disaster, especially dealing with constant room changes during shower time and hearing bad music from nearby restaurants late into the evening.
The hotel had some positives like clean and airy rooms but fell short with freezing temperatures and a damp smell. The service was on the nicer side overall with a few exceptions. The location offers easy access to eateries and cable cars, but the beach proximity was slightly challenging. The dining experience was a mix of fresh and consistent options with a downside of limited choices. The facilities added to the stay, though some aspects needed improvement.
